David W. Cade

David Cade is President of College For All which specializes in helping families navigate the college financial aid process.   College For All participates in local school districts college financial aid education programs and workshops.  College For All does not charge to meet with parents or to attend their workshops. 

David has been in the financial services business since 1984 and is a graduate of Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University) with a BBA in Finance.  Among other accomplishments, David is  a participant in the KISD P.A.C.E. Program, Junior Achievement, and is  President of the Kappa Alpha Order Texas State University Alumni Association and is a former national "Alumnus Advisor of the Year".  David's other passions are as a current and former youth sports coach, former member of Board of Directors of Katy Youth Soccer Association, and Cub Scout Den Leader. David has three children attending,  Southern Methodist University in Dallas, the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville and one at Taylor High School in KISD.


Tom Piche

Tom Piche is an Advisor with College For All.  Tom has been in the financial services business since 1983 and is a graduate of the School of Business at State University of New York - College at Geneseo with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Among other accomplishments, Tom is a former nationally ranked amateur squash player and is an avid golfer.  Tom is a former Katy National Little League Baseball coach, Cub Scout Den Leader and Indian Guides. Tom has two children, one attended University of Arkansas - Ft Smith and another son attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.

Ross Raymond

Ross Raymond has lead parent workshops since 1996 showing parents how to effectively take control of the college financial aid puzzle and feels very strongly that no student should ever be denied an education due to financial limitations.  Ross earned a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.  

Ross is a sustaining member of the National Association of Collegiate Advisors, a member of the Houston Association of Life Underwriters, and serves as a consultant to both College For All and the Texas Association of Retired Persons.  Ross is very involved in junior achievement as volunteer instructor.

Ross and his wife Karen have three children; one a UTSA graduate, another attending HCC, and the youngest, at the University of Texas, Austin. The Raymond's are long time members at St. Peter's United Methodist Church and each of them has a long history of community involvement.
